Refund policy

• All items including vintage and thrifted pieces will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.

• Keep in mind that vintage and thrifted items may show minor imperfections which will be clearly written as accurately as possible in the item’s description of the online store and/or verbally described as accurately as possible on a LIVE sale. So be sure to carefully READ and/or LISTEN before purchasing.

• In addition, most vintage and thrifted items may require dry cleaning and is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

• There are no returns or exchanges for original vintage and thrifted pieces purchased. If you have specific questions prior to purchasing an item, please contact us!

• If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with an item, simply initiate a return within 10 days of receipt.  Once approved, we will be more than happy to issue a store credit, less the shipping cost, upon receipt of the item.

• You have 5 days from the date the return is approved to send the item back to NichelleTAS.

• Monetary refunds or exchanges are not offered.
